It’s 4th of July time! If you don’t have an outfit yet, here are some ideas. I hate buying things for holidays (i.e. Halloween!) that I will literally only wear one day so here are some 4th of July outfit ideas you can wear all summer long!
If you’re like me, you love gingham. Unfortunately the dress I have is sold out in most sizes but I’ve linked through to some similar styles and other fun gingham looks. I especially love this because the whole “picnic look” is so in. Another plus, the dress featured above is on saleeeee!
Go traditional with Red, White, or Blue (duh). Here are some classic options in solid form – with a few cute prints just for fun – that are perfect to wear outside of the holiday.
I am personally torn between wearing denim with a little bandana and some earrings (see accessory suggestions below) or the gingham dress in this post… so it’s no doubt that this is one of my favorite options. Classic American, but not too red white and blue. Denim with a bandana… not to over quote Elle Woods on this blog but… Makes me want a hot dog real bad. (P.S. did you hear Legally Blonde 3 is happening?!?)
Okay, these bandanas are officially the cutest (especially the Kate Spade one, above). Accessories are the best because you can take items you already have, like a denim button up with jean cutoffs or a white dress you already one, and make it very 4th of July-ie with star earrings and a little bandana. Also, decided to throw some Golden Goose shoes in here since I have them on in this post. If you’re thinking about buying some – never pay full price! You can always find GG on sale, in fact, all of the shoes I have linked are discounted! Because I live to please. 🙂
